Oh god, loan issues are the absolute worst. I hope it's just admin stuff and you stay okay. I know that jolt of a reminder how precarious things are is really rough to deal with. I think it's perfectly reasonable your situation makes you feel bad; I'm glad you're able to do therapy to help off set that stress some.
